Authorities have released the booking photograph of Paul William Clark following the August 2, 2015 encounter in Alachua County, Florida.
On August 3, 2015, The Florida Inquirer obtained reports from the Alachua County Sheriff's Office that Paul William Clark had been charged. The Florida Inquirer's analysis of the official report suggests that Clark was questioned and later charged for failing to appear for court.
When jailed, Clark was defined as a nondescript suspect of unknown age. According to information collected by The Florida Inquirer, Paul William Clark may have been arrested as many as 20 other times, dating back to May 2014.
